Scope of application:
It is mainly suitable for measuring the calorific value of solid or liquid combustible substances such as coal, petroleum, chemical, food, wood, etc. in industries or departments such as electricity, coal, papermaking, petrochemicals, cement, agriculture and animal husbandry, medicine, scientific research, and teaching.
Performance characteristics:
The computer software of the microcomputer fully automatic calorimeter is applied to interfaces above Windows system, using object-oriented software design technology.
■ AdoptingspecificThe water quantification device, combined with an automatic water circulation system, can accurately and automatically quantify the amount of water in the inner bucket without the need for manual weighing and adjusting the water temperature, avoiding errors caused by human factors during the operation process, reducing the labor intensity of operators, shortening the testing time, and improving work efficiency.
Using scientifically effective algorithms, automatic cooling correction, and real and objective test results, without using software correction to change the test results.
It can run general software for other transaction processing, and at the same time, start the calorimeter measurement system to automatically calibrate the energy equivalent (heat capacity) and measure the heat generation of the calorimeter system. Input data such as sulfur, total water, analyzed water, hydrogen, etc., to convert and print out data such as cylinder heat generation, high-level heat generation, low-level heat generation, etc.
